Exemption from section 73(3) of Act
Subregulation 1
Each of the entities listed in Part I of the Schedule shall be exempted from section 73(3) of the Act with respect to the transfer of all the bonus shares held by the entity in NTUC First Campus Co‑operative Ltd as at 4th October 2012 to NTUC Enterprise Co‑operative Ltd.
Subregulation 2
Each of the entities listed in Part II of the Schedule shall be exempted from section 73(3) of the Act with respect to the transfer of all the bonus shares held by the entity in NTUC Foodfare Co‑operative Ltd as at 4th October 2012 to NTUC Enterprise Co‑operative Ltd.
Subregulation 3
Each of the entities listed in Part III of the Schedule shall be exempted from section 73(3) of the Act with respect to the transfer of all the bonus shares held by the entity in NTUC Income Insurance Co‑operative Ltd as at 4th October 2012 to NTUC Enterprise Co‑operative Ltd.
