Regulation 8

Disqualifications for chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chief investment officer, etc.

Subregulation 1

The same individual may hold any 2, but not all 3, of the following offices in a credit society:

(a)

chief executive officer;

(b)

chief financial officer;

(c)

chief investment officer.

Subregulation 2

A chief executive officer, chief financial officer or chief investment officer of a credit society must not be the chairman of the committee of management of that credit society.
