Clause 3

There shall be established a body to be known as the Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall be capable of acquiring, holding and disposing of immovable and movable property, of suing and being sued and of doing and suffering all such acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
