Clause 19

Section 52(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “a Commodity Futures Exchange, a clearing house, a commodity broker, a commodity futures broker, a commodity trading adviser, a commodity futures trading adviser, a commodity pool operator or a commodity futures pool operator” and substituting the words “a clearing house, a commodity broker, a commodity trading adviser or a commodity pool operator”.
