Clause 3

Section 4A of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “to a fine not less than two thousand dollars but not exceeding twenty thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both such fine and imprisonment” and substituting the words “to a fine of not less than $20,000 and not more than $200,000 and shall also be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years”.
