Clause 21

Costs and disbursements may be granted to or awarded against any party to any proceedings before a tribunal or the Registrar in accordance with Rules of Court made under section 32.(2) Despite subsection (1), costs, other than disbursements, must not be granted to or awarded against any party to any proceedings before a tribunal or the Registrar pursuant to an action on a claim brought before the date of commencement of section 21 of the Community Disputes Resolution (Amendment) Act 2024, except as provided in any provision of the Act or Rules of Court made under section 32 as in force immediately before that date.”.
