Clause 35

Section 5(1) of the Small Claims Tribunals Act (Cap. 308, 1998 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “any property” in paragraph (b), the words “other than a claim under section 4 of the Community Disputes Resolution Act 2015”.
