Amendment of section 69L
Subsection (1) of section 69L of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, at the end of paragraph (a), the word “or”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)he became so aware less than seven days before the date of the summons.”.
