Amendment of section 169

Section 169 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately before the words “holding company” in the sixth line of subsection (10), the word “ultimate”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “secretary or other” in the sixth and seventh lines of subsection (16).
