Clause 70

Part II of the Eighth Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “(certified as aforesaid)” in the sixth line of the paragraph immediately below the heading “Copy of Last Audited Balance-sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Company”, the words “and which have been laid before the company in general meeting and in compliance with the requirements of the Act”.
