Clause 59
Section 293(1) of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “shall” in the fourth line, the words “, in the case of a members’ voluntary winding up,”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “written” in the sixth line and substituting the word “statutory”.
