Clause 21

Section 71 of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) The company may lodge with the Registrar notice of any alteration referred to in subsection (1)(b), (c), (d) or (e) in the prescribed form.”.
