Amendment of section 291
Section 291 of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “Registrar and with the Official Receiver” in the 3rd line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “Official Receiver and have lodged a declaration in the prescribed form with the Registrar”; and
(b)
by deleting the word “Registrar” in the 3rd line of subsection (4) and substituting the words “Official Receiver”.
