Amendment of section 370

Section 370 of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “in writing” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “in the prescribed form”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “and a statutory declaration” in the 2nd and 3rd lines of subsection (6) and substituting the words “or power of attorney”.
