Clause 13

Section 148 of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(4) Any person who has been granted leave by the Court or written permission by the Official Assignee under subsection (1) shall, within one month after the issue of the Court order or written permission, lodge a copy of the order or written permission with the Registrar.”.
