Clause 19

Section 80 of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt any person or any class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Division, subject to such terms or conditions as may be prescribed.”.
