Amendment of section 18

Section 18(1) of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, at the end of paragraph (a), the word “and”;

(b)

by deleting the semi-colon at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting a full-stop; and

(c)

by deleting paragraphs (c) and (d).
