Amendment of section 32

Section 32(3) of the Companies Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, at the end of paragraph (c)(i), the word “and”;

(b)

by deleting the word “; and” at the end of paragraph (c)(ii) and substituting a full-stop; and

(c)

by deleting sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (c).
