Amendment of section 76A
Section 76A of the Companies Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 76(10)(a) to (j), inclusive” in the 3rd line of subsection (6) and substituting the words “section 76(9A), (9B) or (10) (as the case may be)”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “section 76(10)” in subsections (7) (12th line), (11) and (12) and substituting in each case the words “section 76(9A), (9B) or (10) (as the case may be)”.
