Clause 30

Section 39 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) Subject to this Act, the constitution of a company shall when registered bind the company and the members thereof to the same extent as if it respectively had been signed and sealed by each member and contained covenants on the part of each member to observe all the provisions of the constitution.”.
