Clause 44

by inserting, immediately after the words “securities exchange” wherever they appear in subsection (1), the words “in Singapore or any securities exchange outside Singapore”; and

by deleting the words “ordinary issued share capital” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “ordinary shares”.
