Clause 36

Section 254(1) of the Companies Act is amended by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (l), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(la)the company, being a foreign corporate entity that was registered as a company limited by shares under section 359(1) subject to conditions, has breached any of the conditions of registration imposed under that section; or”.
