Clause 241
(1)
The liquidator may, and shall if requested by any creditor or contributory summon separate meetings of the creditors and contributories for the purpose of determining whether or not the creditors or contributories require the appointment of a committee of inspection to act with the liquidator, and if so who are to be members of the committee.[U K.ss. 252, 254.][Aust. s. 241.]
(2)
If there is a difference between the determinations of the meetings of the creditors and contributories the Court shall decide the difference and make such order as it thinks fit.
