Clause 66

Privileged communication

A person shall not be permitted, under any provision of this Part, to produce or disclose —

(a)

any communication —

(i)

between a professional legal adviser and his client; or

(ii)

made in connection with, or in contemplation of, legal proceedings and for the purposes of those proceedings,which in proceedings in a court would be protected from disclosure on grounds of privilege; or

(b)

any information or document which might tend to incriminate him or make him liable to a penalty.
