Amendment of section 13

In the principal Act, in section 13(3) —

(a)

in paragraph (b), delete “or” at the end;

(b)

in paragraph (c), replace the full‑stop at the end with “; or”; and

(c)

after paragraph (c), insert —“(d)the offence is one under section 8A(1) or 8B(1).”.
