Article 96

Qualifications of Supreme Court Judges

A person is qualified for appointment as a Supreme Court Judge if the person has for an aggregate period of 10 or more years been one or more of the following:

(a)

a qualified person within the meaning of section 2 of the Legal Profession Act 1966†;

(b)

an officer in the Singapore Judicial Service;

(c)

an officer in the Singapore Legal Service.
