Short title
This Act may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 1987.
Amendment of Article 9
Article 9(6)(b) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “drugs”, the words “or intoxicating substances”.
