of Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Bill

Clause 13
The First Schedule to the Constitution is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “a Judge of the Supreme Court and a Judicial Commissioner and a Senior Judge of the Supreme Court” in the heading of item 6 and substituting the words “Supreme Court Judge, Judicial Commissioner or Senior Judge”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “of the Supreme Court” in the heading of item 6A.
