Clause 31
(1)
Nothing in this Act shall affect the appointment or promotion of any person under Articles 35, 37B, 110, 110A, 110B or 148F made before the commencement of sections 9, 10, 16, 17, 18 or 26, respectively, of this Act.
(2)
Where any disciplinary proceedings are pending against any public officer on the commencement of sections 17, 18 and 19 of this Act, those proceedings shall be continued and completed as if those sections had not been enacted.
