Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Constitution is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following form of oath:“8.Oath of Secrecy of Chairman or Member of Council of Presidential Advisors I, ................................................., having been appointed to be *Chairman/a Member of the Council of Presidential Advisors do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will not directly or indirectly reveal any matter considered in the Council to any unauthorised person or otherwise than in the course of duty.”.
