Clause 5

Membership of the Board

The Board shall consist of the following members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Minister:

(a)

a member to be appointed as Chairman;

(b)

a member to be appointed as Deputy Chairman; and

(c)

not less than 5 nor more than 12 other members.
