Amendment of section 5
Section 5 of the Control of Manufacture Ordinance, 1959 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby amended —
(a)
by inserting immediately after the words “class of goods” appearing in the tenth line of the proviso to subsection (2) thereof the words “within six months of such specification”;
(b)
by deleting subsections (3), (4) and (5) thereof;
(c)
by deleting the words “or by any undertaking given by the Registrar under subsection (3) of this section in respect of any goods or class of goods” appearing in the third, fourth and fifth lines of subsection (6) thereof; and
(d)
by re-numbering subsections (6), (7) and (8) thereof as subsections (3), (4) and (5) respectively.
