Clause 19

The principal Act is amended by deleting the words “agricultural officer” and “agricultural officers” wherever they appear in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “authorised officer” and “authorised officers”, respectively:Sections 4, 5, 21, 22, 24, 35, 36(1) and 43.
