Regulation 14

The Director-General may, if in his opinion the circumstances of the case so warrant, direct that any article or conveyance which has not been used in connection with the importation of plants, plant products or materials but which he reasonably suspects to be diseased or infested with any quarantine pest, be inspected by an authorised officer and, if necessary, be treated or destroyed at such place and in such manner as the Director-General may determine.
