Premises exempted from Act

All the premises within the area bounded by Tanjong Pagar Road, Cook Street, into the backlane, along Murray Street, meeting Tanjong Pagar Road, into Neil Road, along the North-eastern boundary and South-eastern boundary of Lot 70 TS 5, across Craig Road, into the Southern boundary of Lot 61-1 TS 23, along the backlane and the Eastern boundary of Lot 207-9 TS 23, meeting the North-eastern boundary of Lot 724 TS 23, into Craig Road and more particularly delineated on the plan set out in the Schedule, are exempted from the provisions of the Act.
