Clause 12

The Copyright Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 52, the following section:“Things done for purposes of examination52A. The copyright in a work is not infringed by anything done for the purposes of an examination, whether by way of setting the questions, communicating the questions to the candidates or answering the questions.”.
