Clause 21

by inserting, immediately after the words “handicapped reader's copy” in paragraphs (a)(ii) and (b)(ii), the words “ or an intellectually handicapped reader's copy”; (b)by deleting the words “or 54” in paragraphs (a)(ii) and (b)(ii) and substituting in each case the words “, 54 or 54A,”; and (c)by inserting, immediately after the words “handicapped reader's copies” in the fifth line of paragraph (b)(ii), the words “or the intellectually handicapped reader's copies”.
