Clause 34

The Copyright Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 201, the following section:“Immunity of Government, etc.201A. No action or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or employee thereof for anything which is in good faith done or omitted to be done in the exercise of any power, duty or function under this Act or any regulations.”.
