Clause 12

Section 81 of the Copyright Act is amended by renumbering the section as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) In this Part, a reference to the reproduction or making of a copy of any subject-matter includes a reference to the making of a copy which is transient or is incidental to some other use of the subject-matter.”.
