Clause 4

Section 16 of the Copyright Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(6) For the purposes of this Act, a communication other than a broadcast is taken to have been made by the person responsible for determining the content of the communication at the time the communication is made.”.
