Amendment of section 199

Section 199 of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “cinematograph film programme” in the 4th line of subsection (3) and substituting the words “cinematograph film”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (6), the following subsection:“(7) For the avoidance of doubt, a reference in subsection (3) to an inclusion of a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work or a cinematograph film in a programme in a cable programme service shall not include the making available of the work or film on the Internet.”.
