Amendment of section 26

Section 26(1) of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub-paragraphs (iv) and (v) of paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:“(iv)to communicate the work to the public;”; and

(b)

by deleting sub-paragraphs (iii) and (iv) of paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(iii)to communicate the work to the public; and”.
