Section 193DA(5) of the Copyright Act is amended by deleting the words “or 193D(2)(b)(iii) or (4)(b)(iii)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “, 193D(2)(b)(iii) or (4)(b)(iii) or 193DDB(1)(b)”.
