Clause 6

Nothing in this Act shall affect the right of the Government or any person deriving title from the Government to sell, use or otherwise deal with articles forfeited under any written law, including any article so forfeited by virtue of this Act or of any written law repealed by this Act.

Nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of the law relating to breaches of trust or confidence.
