Nature of copyright in cinematograph films

Clause 83
For the purposes of this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, copyright, in relation to a cinematograph film, is the exclusive right to do all or any of the following acts:
(a)
to make a copy of the film;
(b)
to cause the film, insofar as it consists of visual images, to be seen in public;
(c)
to broadcast the film;
(d)
to include the film in a cable programme.
