Establishment of class licence
Subregulation 1
A single class licence is established for all entities carrying on business as CMOs.
Subregulation 2
This Part prescribes the conditions of the class licence.
Subregulation 3
To avoid doubt, individuals are not licensed to carry on business as CMOs.
