In the Companies Act, in the Twelfth Schedule, replace paragraph 3 with —“3. Where any of the particulars required by paragraph 2 have been stated in a previous directors’ statement, or a previous directors’ report that was made for the purposes of section 201(5) or (6A) as in force immediately before 1 July 2015, they may be stated by reference to that statement or report.”.
