Amendment of section 70
In the LLP Act, in section 70(1), replace “section 68(2) or 69, or on appeal to the General Division of the High Court under section 68(5)” with “section 68(2A) or 69(1), or pursuant to an order by the General Division of the High Court under section 66A(2) or 68(5)(b)”.
