Amendment of section 84

In the VCC Act, in section 84 —

(a)

in the section heading, replace “and terrorism financing” with “, terrorism financing and proliferation financing”;

(b)

in subsection (1), replace “or for the prevention of the financing of terrorism” with “, the financing of terrorism or proliferation financing”; and

(c)

in subsection (2)(a), replace “and the financing of terrorism” with “, the financing of terrorism and proliferation financing”.
