Amendment of section 28
In the Accountants Act, in section 28(1) —
(a)
replace “Every accounting corporation and every accounting LLP” with “Every accounting entity”;
(b)
in paragraph (b), replace “corporate practitioner in the accounting corporation or accounting LLP” with “individual practitioner in the accounting entity”; and
(c)
in paragraph (c), replace “accounting corporation or accounting LLP” wherever it appears with “accounting entity”.
